FWIW, I'm using a Savox 1251MG with a V2 TC Spec. Zero glitching, zero noise, zero shutdowns.

One of my SXXv2's met with an unfortunate death this weekend. I think the board is cracked. The case definitely is on both sides of the sensor wire plug. Based off what you guys are all saying.... I'm scared to send it in. I guess I should just get it in now and not count on it.

Maybe I'll hold off a little while and send it back after the new board is released and just have it upgraded and the case replaced....

Other than that, I love my SXX's.

Is the BEC symptom random shut downs (like the voltage safty tripping) and/or the ESC shuts down and does not restart?

Thinking someone could give me some ideas of what might of happened today with my sxx comp spec.

2 laps into the A main, I ran over a dot (we have metal corner dots, which I have ran over them before without issue) but my esc shut down. No lights but have steering. Marshall turned esc off And on a number of times and did not kick back on. About 30 seconds later it started working again. Ran the rest of the main without issue and worked my way back up to 4th.

Not sure what it was, did it short for a minute and shut down for protection when ran over dot. Motor was not hot, esc not hot.

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Rob

Hideeho
I recently got an lrp sxx tc spec v2 & 8.5t x12 in a trade. I really like it, but I have decided I REALLY don't like counting blinking lights. Does the USB link allow you to program it from the computer the way castle & tekin can? Also what is a good base setup for the afore mentioned motor in a b4.1 worlds?

I can't help you with a set up but I can confirm that the USB interface is only for firmware updates, your stuck with counting the lights I'm affraid.

Next question.
Do I really loose a major portion of my esc functionality if I don't use an lrp motor?

Hi everyone,

I have just bought a used Nosram Pearl evolution V2 that came with the firmware 3.0. I am looking for the manual of this firmware as the programs are quite different from the manual that I have found in Nosram website.

I'm also sufering a problem, the esc stops after 5 or 6 laps, the motor and the esc are cool, around 35ºC, ambient is around 10ºC. I can move the steering, but the motor doesn't work. In the esc the red and blue light are alternative on. What is happening?

Kind regards

Javier

ps: motor corally red series 9.5T; ratio 6.67;big TC track

No. the main thing is is the motor has a temp sensor is can be monitored (abd reported by) the ESC.
