Would like to introduce my 1/8 conversion, bought a Mugen MBX-6 eco buggy and decide to turn it into an on-road GT.

Now painted

Got a chance to race it today at TC Hobby's with another four GT8's and need more steering for both the left and right.

Nice set up.. glad to see someone else went with the Ferrari body as well.

I see you made some custom shock towers like I did on my TRF801. Are you running the fronts completely standing up?

The shock towers where made by my LHS, TC Hobbys in oceanside. There "angled" like a 1/10 TC and it handled pretty good other then the steering problem I had today.

The shelf handles pretty well, I added the wing later today at the race also. Diff oil is what came with the buggy scenes I just finish the car at 2am this morning. I had the kit scenes the eco came out but didnt have the time to work on the car with my job hrs.

Default 2011 Las Vegas Grand Prix results are in!

Sweep GT EXP50 Sweeping 2011 Las Vegas Grand Prix

TQ , 1st Amain! only 14 lap runs of the event. all done by Gus Wood (Spooky1)
in fact, 90% of Amain machines was on Sweep GT Tires!

we also want announce we are working on our own 40 shore GT tires for Electric powered GT class, which requires bit more forward traction.

Thank you all.

Finally packing up to move down to Orlando. Can't wait to finally get my GT on the track. Kissimmee Raceway here I come!

Going to pick up a Tekin motor from one of the LHS as soon as I get down there. Everything else is in the car ready to go. Going for 6S, not sure if I should get the 1400kv or 1700kv?

I definitely recommend you go with the 1400 KV on 6S. I'm running 1700 KV on 5S and its a handful.. I toyed with it on 6S a while back... its practically psychotic.

Hey Raman,

I hope to see you in Corona on the 15th. Now that you've got your ludacris speed settings on your ESC figured out, we should have a blast! I'm hearing GT8E will have a large group of racers in attendance. Can't wait!

Steve N, be ready bro!!! We will be. LOL

Questions on mounting the Sweep tires on OFNA wheels, does one tape the blue insert on the inside of the tire or tape it around the center of the wheel?
