I like that layout, did you make the chassis?

The chassis was made by John Moos in Denmark (Moos Racing). He was making CF chassis for quite a few different buggies/truggies for awhile but I think he stopped due to overwhelming demand and lack of time (he's just one guy doing all the work by hand). I'm pretty sure it wasn't his fulltime job, but more of a side project.

At the time I was still planning on having the Jammin be a standard off-road buggy. If I had known I was going to do an on-road I would have had the chassis made without the front kick-up in the chassis.

You can find my build thread here for more info: http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29055

Also here's a thread about Moos Racing chassis: http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27360

I really like the saddle-pack setup. When my Jammin was still a buggy I had it setup like this before the Nexx8 even came out. I wanted it to be like my Caster truggy so I could use the same packs.

But now I did pick up a Nexx8 to run off-road. I chose it because it can share all the same parts with my Jammin GT. The Nexx8 came with one of your front braces SNR, it's really cool. I have a similar setup on my truggy that runs the length of the chassis.

Anyway, sorry for the off-topic, back to on-road!

Hey, as long as they're not making "anonymous" accounts to whine about their competitors like Paul did from MVR, a little plug once in a while doesn't seem so bad.

Man, the weather had been great the past week. All the snow was melted. I was going to go do my first test run with my Jammin today. Then I wake up and there's snow on the ground again. I gotta get out of here!

I have someone on the brink of buying a GT class car, they are looking at the GTP-2e.

Can someone real quick confirm that the wheelbase is the same with that and the DM-1 Spec? I think they are.

Thanks much.

Yep, the Inferno GT1, Ultra GTP2, Ultra GTP2e, and DM-1Spec are all short chassis. They range from 325mm to 330mm wheelbase.

I have one in stock if you need it.

great info Bill. Thanks much!

And crap, your site said out of stock http://www.igthobbies.com/product_p/ofn34306.htm so I sent him to Nitrohouse because they were the only ones showing it in stock.

I'll be sure to turn him on to IGT once he gets it though.
