My GTP pulled a peak of 2668W with a 4s pack over the weekend. Tires were run down Ofna blue foams. Basically I was doing burnouts, speedruns and power sliding. This also posed a problem with the ESC. My voltage dropped twice to 8.55V for 0.002 of a second and the RX8 didn't respond. I only had 5 led's on, so I didn't thermal. Impressive on the RX8 part to detect that V-drop that fast.
So I found the Acepow 4s pack limitation with my 1.5D 1515 2700kv motor and 47/28 gearing. I can however ease on the throttle and not have the lipo cutoff trip.
Datalogger used was the new Eagletree V4 which has the 50hz logging capability. Connectors are EC5. RX8 has 3 extra caps. Motor plugs are 6mm.

Hello treborwd22 , this question i can answer, our Brushless Tires have the process production a little bit different than the our non Brushless Tires, so it's represent less production in the same time than the non Brushless, that's one of the reasons to have differents tires , another reason is the weight of the tires.
Brushless tires is 4 gr per pair more weighted when compared with the Non Brushless tires.
So basically, we recommend the Brushless tires only to brushless car's because when you push full throttle in a EP Car , the acceleration is more brutal than the GP Car's ,so you need a different tire to suport the force of your car to the wheels .

I secong that. The crazy part is that I can't find anything on the net about them either. I saw a lot of off-road stuff but nothing for the 1/8th scale on-road

anybody know of any vta or nascar type bodys

I would say check WWW.IGTHOBBIES.COM, they've got a great selection of lids for 1/8 scale on-road and they also offer free shipping.

Pictures of the alpha tires are up on the site. The brushless tires look the same on the outside, its whats inside the rubber that counts.

Got my Alpha RC Peugot RCZ body from IGTHOBBIES a couple of days ago and I just finished painting her up. The fitment came out pretty nice!
