Don't know if you've seen this or not but Greg Vogel has one of these projects under way - don't know for sure that it's completed but he was covering the build in his BLOG at RC Driver.

Slash/GT 8 build by Greg Vogle

Hope that helps!

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Just a quick reminder that we’re including GT Electrics at out 3rd Annual GT World Championships event in Barceloneta Puerto Rico on March 21-25th.

The Barceloneta R/C Track has electricity, tents, tables and chairs waiting for you. All you need is to just bring your stuff and you can enjoy racing on this awesome track in the tropical Caribbean.

If you’re able to make this event you’ll have an incredible GT racing experience and you’ll also be helping us to show the RC world that GT Electric racers are here to stay!

Having just raced on this track last December at our Pre-Worlds event, I can tell you all that it’s fast flowing and a lot of fun. The fastest lap times in our GT Open nitro class were high 24 seconds and average fast lap times were in the mid 25’s.

Here’s a video and picture to show you all the size and technical layout of this hi-speed track.

+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

For more GT World Championship event info, specific class rules, pics and videos of our previous events feel free to visit:
www.gtworldchampionships.com

Thanks, all the best!

This is with the buggy wheels still on it, and I still need to make body mount holes/posts, but I'll be using the stock wing mount in the back

I've read a lot about "sweep" tires, what are y'all running, and where are you getting them? I need two complete sets, and still have to get a body and strc kit lol

Hey Steve I have a suggestion for a cool graphite chassis. A losi 8ight with the center drilled out to accept a kyosho 2 speed.
