Oh, yeah Steve's the Shizz, he can win even with a Tonka bus body on his GT8. Hmmm, I need a Le Mans style body just to catch him and I can only think of one body.

Exclamation 801x CONVERTING IN TO A SC TRUCK

Posting may be off topic but since most of you guys converted your nitro buggies into electric GT cars, hoping to get some feedback from you all.

As the subject title states....is it possible to convert a Tamiya 801x or any branded buggy into a SC truck? Whether it be electric or nitro SC truck convertion?

Thank you for any positive feedback you guys may have.

Clay, u missed out on some aswome racing in GT8! Aaron, Cesar, Steve, Raman, Erik, and myself made it out for racing! If I remember right, Steve took the first round with his quick and nimble SNR rig, I took the second round and tq'ing. But in the main he managed to sneek around me and hold about a straightaway lead! I'd like to congratulate Cesar for taking third! Way to go man! All in all we had a great outing, but it would've been better with u in it! I hope things will work out and u can make it for OC Circuit's corona race on September 18th. Its gonna be a good time!

I made a hasty change before the amain and I paid dearly for it... Since it was getting cold / windy I switched from pmt to sweeps and the rear end of my car was dancing the samba around the track. to avoid stupid mistakes like that, I'm only keeping pmts in my box from now on..

I plan on making it out for Corona on the 18th. We will have to see what the jedai master Jai has up his sleeves to unseat the king of gt8...

Just curious, what shore were the Sweeps you switched to? I am running the stock tires that came with the kit and I am looking at having a better set of tires for Corona....

They're the exp 50. For Corona I recommend pmts 20 front and 10 rear

I would love to get some, but FG is out. I like store fronts as I am not a big ebay-er (i have deep seated trust issues ...)

Has anyone tried the Alpha Racing tires listed on IGT Hobbies? If so, how'd they work?

You also fail to mention that I waited for you twice in the second round just to make it fun and interesting.
