Can't wait until we can all be at 1 track at the same time. It should make for a great day of racing.

Glad to hear that there are faster guys out there. Driving with you faster guys will only make myself and everybody else better. Not to mention grow this class even more. I'm still learning so I welcome the challenge and look forward to learning from all of you.

Hope to race with you soon.

Jai

I don't know much about the organization running the event on the 18th, but alot of those guys racing are dads, who are expected to spend some quality time with the family on Fathers Day. Any chance of racing on the 17h instead?

Default Slash conversion

I saw STRC conversion just after I did mine. I'm not sure what their kit consists of, all I did was throw on some 17mm wheel adapters and do some trimming. My post count is too low to post pics.

The only other 1:8 GTe has been down (motor) since I finished so I haven't been able to compare it to anything, but it seems pretty well hooked up.

Pretty sure those motors are rebadged Leopard motors. Before they were rebadged Feigao-type clones. Definitely not made in the US.

Not saying that makes them bad. I have heard decent reports about Leopard motors. But they aren't anything special.

Went to a different LHS yesterday to check it out, and they had this Ofna Porsche 911. Going to finish it up later this evening.
