Ok guys i need some help with an issue. is a Mcallaster Raven Gt body a legal USGT body or not? it's a yes or no question please. I've seen one run and i feel in no way it should be allowed. the down force is beyond any other usgt bodies i've seen run or driven. i'm one of the race organizers at our local track and i'm needing to squish this bug. any help would be greatful. and thank you to all.
That to me is pretty clear that it would be not allowed.

Just my opinion..., but when you allow this:
You open the door to other non-production type cars...

This body and this style of car has been talked about in here before. The shape of this body is not any different than other bodies on the market. The problem with the other body in question is that it looks like a 12th scale body. Yes the door is open but if you want to drive a Mac truck in feel free but these two bodies are apples to hot dogs.

In the case of the first body, I would say it is not a true "GT" body: firstly it has a wedge style tail and secondly it is not based on a production car.
In the case of the second, it is a Grand Am Daytona Prototype it is not a GT car. Although it may look similar to some super cars like the Mclaren F1 and Saleen S7, it is in fact a prototype, a car built specifically for racing. It is not street legal, nor is it based on a street legal car. It happens to be branded as a Chevy Corvette because of its corporate benefactor, but aside from some styling cues and maybe it's engine, it has very little in common from the road-going Corvette. Personally I would not allow either on a national level.

They are the same tire not sure if the Dynamite ones are still being sold or if they are just selling off old stock. They had more choices as far as rims in the past and not anymore. I think that they changed when Thunder Power took over Ride in the US. The tires will be coming in as Ride tires and will be sold under the Ride name.
