I'm thinking of adding a driver figure to mine, since on the TC3 the battery strap is left-side........ although it is a Lexus, I'm saying an American is driving it

The picture doesn't do it justice.... looks MUCH better flying through a tight turn. Surprisingly the body handles well, lots of grip!

It just sounds like that lexus is ready to spit the crank out of oil pan at any second.

I LOVE the scale appeal of USGT and VTA, even though I don't run either. I sold an SC truck so that I could pay for a TC4 Team kit, already assembled, just so I can treat myself to an awesome-looking body and wheels once in a while.

I don't have the money to race regularly, or at all, but if I do get the chance, I know I'll be smiling ear to ear as I watch all these scale sports cars zooming around the track.

I hope these classes only continue to expand in participation, without the pressure of allowing unlimited motors, wheels, tires, and most of all, ridiculously out-of-scale bodies (TC as far as I am concerned)

I think its which ever you like or what size the body that you like comes in. I have used both and one doesnt work better then the other.

Depending on the layout, there can be some validity to using the shorter bodies such as the 350Z or the S2000. Most setups don't offer any different laptimes between the 190mm bodies and 0 offset wheels vs. 200mm bodies and +3/+6 wheels.

Simple answer, pick the car that you want and roll with it!

If there were any significant aero advantage in any of the bodies, it would surely be outlawed in short order as that would violate the 'spirit' of the class.

Heck, just to be funny at our upcoming Halloween race, I'm doing the HPI minivan like a modern day Scooby Doo Mystery Machine. I know, I know, illegal at a sanctioned event, but it's CLUB racing that makes the world go round (or at least most of the little toy cars!). If it ain't fun, you're doing it wrong.

Oh no, my concern was not with a aero advantage, it's just a handling difference between the offset or non offset wheels. Also, i thought that the 190mm bodies just looked better and almost fit better.

My Vette and Lambo both are 200mm but with 0 offset wheels....the Z is 200 with 3 and 9mm offset...both will look good

just pick your body 1st(190-200) and then add your wheels...

btw...on both 0 offsets...I used washers on the rear for better look...and they still handle great
