Maserati MC12, not sure who made that body though.

EDIT: Looks like it could be a deltaplastik body. http://deltaplastikusa.com/10th-scal...product_id=155

Yes, it is the DeltaPlastik MC12. Jonesy of Rockstar Paint slapped a quick paint job on it. Actually, he won it somewhere and I just bought it from him.

I'll put something on it. It is a tad plain still.

DeltaPlastik has a few interesting bodies on their site. The Panoz Esperante looks interesting. Made for a touring car...

I have a few of the Esperante GTR bodies from DeltaPlastik. Ben Nickerson owns/operates it. Good guy. I also have their Alfa Romeo 155 V6 DTM body with Martini decals. I also have one of their Lotus Elise Cup bodies. Wish they were 190mm, but they're 200mm.

Cool USGT 21.5

Anyone running an LRP 21.5 with good results. My D3.5 a legal ROAR motor is a bit weak, IR numbers maybe the issue? So I'm in the market for a ROAR legal 21.5...

I use one in my USGT. Not really because I chose it for USGT but it was left over from when we used to run 21.5 in VTA. Its still a great motor and plenty fast. Geared at 4.0 FDR on a TC6 chassis. I like it fine. Most of the racing I did on it was outdoor asphalt and it was a competitive car. But my awesome driving and setup skills helped too

Nope. I'm a plug and play kinda guy. Its a Stock Spec 21.5 with the Stock Rotor and I set the timing at 37.5 I think. When I put the timing up I put a fan on to keep temps down but it was hot outside at the time. Probably not needed for indoor carpet.

ORCA and Thunder Power make really strong 21.5 motors, though you'll probably want the high torque rotor for the TP. I also have a Fantom Ion4 that has been blinged out by Fantom with all the goodies and a certified high torque rotor. I haven't tired it yet but it was already strong with a broad band rotor. So, you have options.

Just buy the Protoform Pro-TC Wing kit. 2 wings molded out of .040" Lexan.

Default HELP

Hi, Does anyone know a good Q&A web site? I have been out of racing for 25yrs (LOL) about a year ago I went out and bought a TT-01E car and started racing that class. I know zero about brushless motors, well the basics. Anyway I want to run the USGT class ( crap another newbie). I bought a TC10 chassis and a 21.5 motor but I am really lost to the gearing and the speed controll set up, after all I was racing direct drive pan cars, brushed motors.OOOLD SKOOL HERE PREHISTORIC. Can anybody help get me directed in the right direction (BESIDE THE EXIT DOOR) Thanks people for all your help and time. JAY F
