Default PDUB XII - Link LIPO Chassis Upgrade

If anyone is interested. I had a friend cut me a new chassis plate for the XII-Link. i had all the round cell slots removed. also added a spot for the transponder and move the lipo battery retainer in 1mm on each side and the front one back 2mm. both smc and tp 1s lipo now fit perfect

here are some pics. I will post info in the for sale section

here is the link to the thread in the for sale forum.

the rear pod plate has no changes from stock. we cut these just because the quasi-iso plate looks different then the stock xray plate. and we all know how picky onroaders are. but you can still use the stock pod plate. they mate up exactly the same.

Will the Associated 12R5.1 Front Suspension line up and bolt to this chassis plate?

No the R5 front end is about 4mm different on the hole pattern.

Xray front end is really good the way it is and with a few changes as good as any out there.
