The term "best" is individual - if you just want to know what people use, just keep on...

But if you want the best for YOUR NEEDS, you have to either: spend a LOT of money or find out what YOU need. And even if you're willing to spend a ton of money, there's still no BEST charger, nor ESC or discharger/tray.
