Front end looks great!
Looks like the front tires will not camber in through the corners as much as associated front end hence they will stay more vertical
Also with the spring separate from the steering king pin there will be less binding while in corner not that it's a big deal but it's kinda hard to improve 12th scale cars and they seemed to have found a good place to do it
I noticed some new lower arms came out but can't see where the spring is in relation to one in kit's placement?
Can be seen a couple posts back new front arms
It really looks cool the shock in front as well in front. Hot looking car
Not sure if it's same exact length as associated?
The rear axle looks awesome and the connection to the wheel is more centered in the middle of wheel instead of like usual at more the inside
However the last Yokomo had really cool axel but broke/bent really easy in comparison to associated or other axels so having to mount my own tires is not a problem assuming I can get rims but whether or not that stock axle is strong. I'd hate to replace it if I crashed hard whereas the associated is pretty forgiving usually
Not sure anyone will ever use the spring in front shock as the guy at the carpet track at worlds didn't and carpet is usually super traction. We'll see
Little off topic. I might get into racing 12th and wanted some advice about parts accessories for this yokomo
Any comments or idea's with what radio's, batteries, servers, recievers, bodies, esc's or motors to start off since I've been out of it for a while (2004) meaning we didn't have brushless or lipos, etc...
And tires we're using now a days?
I used to run double pink in front and pink in back most places
I race modified unless their is no mod racers then I'd race whatever class is available. What other classes do people race with the new brushless?
