Oh man, and sold out everywhere... Hopefully the next batch will have the enhancements yokomo made.
How are the yokomo tires holding up, are they comparable to anything??

As soon as the R12 hubs become available I will try the wheels and tires with my R5.1 on carpet.
Yokomo always had the best tires back in the 12L days.

Your going to need the R12 axles, if you are planning using the R12 hubs

And the spares are the ones that are missing everywhere... Maybe this time, I'll make an exception, btw, thx for the tip on rcmodel!! I saw them listed at rcmarket as well and I've always had good experience with them.

I don't feel the differents in these yokomo brand foam (soft/super grip). I get the same feel and wear as I do with Parmas. I still like crc foams but thats just me

The yokomo tires that they have for sale will never be the tires that they use on major races. So there won't be much difference between them and other comercial tires on the market.

Haha funny cause I'm actually going opposite. I have the r5 rear axle set on order cause this yokomo wheel isn't doin it for me. I hate prepping foam so hopefully with the r5 rear end fitting I can use pre-mounted and get back on thetrack.....and no I am not selling the r12 axle if I stick with the r5! lol

I'm old school
Don't mind mounting tires at all
Still have to do it with the F1 cars, no problem doing it for 12th scale.
Also, I have a feeling that the Yokomo Axle, wheels and hubs are going to be more precise than the AE / Jaco parts
