Default Burnt ESC .....

Hello Everyone

I burnt a LRP ESC ( LRP TC SPEC 2007 ) with reversed polarity, oops , lol, I looked if I could send it, but LRP will charge me up to 120 $, so i dont see why I would spend that money if I could simply buy a new one for about the same money and even get a newer version, like the new GM genius of hara, or the speed passion GT 2.0 .
I run 13.5 motor x12, I was wondering if you guys could help me out on which ESC to get, about the speed passion, there are 2 models, the " LPF " and the normal on, LPF has a 5.5 turn limit, and the normal has a 3.0 turn limit, will there be any new ESC coming out at the worlds ( so il wait for christmas ) or shall i get one now ?
Edit: Il be running 13.5, so is the SP GT2.1 good ( has a limit of 13.5t ) or should i get the GT 2.0 ( limit of 3.0t ) both of them are the same price

Thank you for any help

I did the same with an old LRP. Fixed it simply by removing the burnt out diode.
Worth a try
