190mm vs. 200mm
 

can someone explain how to convert a 190mm TC to a 200mm TC?
can't you just throw 26mm wheels & tires on the car and it looks okay.
i don't have a 200mm body but there's a couple of them that i want, how silly would the car look if i didn't do anything but threw the new shell on the chassis? :weird:

What car do you run....TC3 has a 200 conversion

I know...There is much more of a selection in the 200mm body area

I think you can run offset hubs & spacers....

HPI makes wheels with a 3mm offset and it includes 2mm spacers which would make your 190mm car 200mm!

And yeah if you have a TC3 you can get a conversion kit to make it 200mm.

I run a Xray T1R with 190 Stratus body, recently I put a 200mm protoform lola style body. It doesnt look strange at all. I am planning on trimming out some kyosho lola bodies for the xray and by the end of the week I will try and have some pics posted, so you can see what it looks like.

I'm running a Yoke SD SSG with a Aston Martin V., Infinity G35, and I want that Alfa Romeo GTV (200mm!) body, and I don't want to have to alter my car.

Just remember that if u wanna race a 200 mm body it wont be legal, but if your just having fun, go for it!

Yeah, and remember that the car will handle different. If looks is your only consideration, go for it, but if you need to be legal and you want it to handle the way it was intended, stay away from it.
