Default Building A Ultimate XXX-S

Here is list what I did so far since year 2001 ORG XXX-S,
Any hting on the list you can find made my car better or worse? (any comment?)

1: Moved all my electronics forward to better balance chassis
2: Installed fan and heat sink
2: Milled down front shock upper bushings to give FR shocks better angle
3: Got rid of servo saver
4: bought many packs of GP3300 (from Sanyo 3000)
5: Start deep cycle my packs for better punch (more story later)
6: Installed set screws on rear suspension mounts to hold arms tight.

7: Dremel sharp droop screws end point round to keep droops consistent

8: Installed 0.5 Left rear hub carrier on right and 1 degree rear right hub on left side to have equal rear toe in

9: graphite conversion
10: Ceramic bearings
11: ball bearings on bellcranks
12: Aluminum CVDs
13:Kevlar spur
14: HD long black belt
15: Cut down Axles and installed trinity low profile lock nuts to save rotating mass/unsprung weight
16:Swiss cheesed front bumper
17:Full set of titanium screws
18:Titanium turnbuckles
19: last but not least Got ALFA/Mazda 6 body! (what a difference!)

Default This is my wish list and PIC of my ride

1: Milled down the chassis without holes.
2: Get rid of battery strap, go back to 3M strapping tape
3: Moved in battery to center of the chassis like Jukka Steenari did on his XXX-4 @ 2003 IFMAR
4:Get BK bones for FR and Rear
5:Get Team associated Blue clamp hubs to widen the width

Any NO NO? or add on for stcok class racing at SOCAL?

I guess So! Thanks James. I was told by another person that I should give them a shot and see what they feel like. So I can make a premo setup for nats. Does anyone know if we can run one ways at nationals? I guess last year there was a rule where you couldn't.

You should be able to run a one way. The steel outdrives will take away a little acceleration and a tiny amount of runtime but will give you more cornerspeed and steering.

James- it's hot man. I don't know if I can hang anymore. I'm dying in this heat. You know heat rises and dark colors attract heat so I'm twice as hot as anyone else....LOL Are you racing Wednesday? I might be coming out. If not I'll be there bright and early on Saturday.

I'll end up running the sister-class too if my mod motors and batteries don't come in.

James - I found a killer price on BK Bones bearings at a buck a pop, search on ebay 3/32" x 3/16" bearings. I bought a bunch since I replace my CVD's after every raceday, lol.
