well lube helps alot. plus i forgot to mention that when taping soft materials its best to turn the tap one full turn then reverse the tap about a half turn out so you remove some of the material off the threads of the tap. if you tap in one motion(all the way in without backing it out) it will also make the whole alittle bigger and the threads wont be as tight.

Yeah, I didn't back the tap out at all either, so that could be the reason for the loose threads... might try in the future, but the steel screws do work great for tapping.

any one see that new listerine commercial for its citrus flavor?

Its where the mom come home and the dad and kids hide than she she's its the citrus flavor and they all come back.

I you look at the father before they all hide he is working on a XXX-s with take off's.

thought it was cool.

I just noticed that myself. Although I couldn't quite figure out which car it was because I never caught a good shot of it. Wow R/C in regular advertising. Maybe this is finally becoming more mainstream.

yup, did that already, and yes the drive train is super free and smooth. i have an extra yellow belt and i cut the teeth also. cant wait to run it in the new track layout.

My XXX-4 CVD Bone input shaft is 2.10mm

Maybe sand it a tad very carefully and press it on.
