Thanks Mark. I've got a real nice setup on the car now but I want to do some testing to what else it's capable of. That's one thing I ran into when I was running a TC3. I found an OK setup and just left it. Never deviated. I want to know what different setups will do to the handling so if I need a minor adjustment I can go back to my past notes.

Hi Guys,

The SSG Losi Shock tower arrived a day early and they are available online right now in two different combos I saw MDawson's car over the weekend and the car almost look like a different car. Along with the silver CNC machined parts we have available, the car looks very trick

Here's a picture of the SSG shock tower, enjoy!

Default setup sheet for PRP Megatune towers

Hey guys,

We finally have a setup sheet for all those that use our Megatune towers. Also, our updated shock towers should be coming out this month. The new tower design and the setup sheet can be found at at the TEAM PRP web site. The setup sheet can be found in the downloads section.

Thanks!
Ben

They filp the ackerman by using the forward hole for the ackerman posts in the graphite plus.(it you only have a xxx-s or a graphite conversion your out of luck.) That way the longer part of the arms are facing back and the short part is forward. the ackerman will be in in the same positon to mount balls and links, this just change the pivot point for the ackerman.

Hi Ophidian,

Actually on the graphite conversion if does have the
forward holes for the second location for the ackerman.
As it does on the G-Plus. As I have both the difference
between the 2 is the slotting and milling work in the
chassis. But you are right on the reg non graphite
you can't do anything about the ackerman position at all.

2QCK2C, thanks for the info. I went from the xxx-s to graphite plus and never bought the graphite conversion. I didn't know they add the exrta holes for the flipped ackerman in the conversion.

Yes, "bling bling"

I forgot to mention that the SSG Components are a limited production run as SSG material are quite difficult to source.

Default ackermann

i'm still confused, okay, i think i have a regular xxx-s, manually made into a G+, i bought the car from a "almost" factory driver, very fast, best equipment. On my car, stock, there are three holes on the the bar that holdes the two steering systems together. Two holes are to hold the parts together, and one is to have a ball stud, connecting to the servo, is that it, i've done the factory mod and drilled a center hole, but the stud doesn't fit with a cup on it, can i flip it, or buy a new part. I want the better adjustments, and a good factory mod.
