xxxkat- you make it sound like I'm going to get beat or something.... The SD seems like a step in the right direction for yokomo and I guess all of the team driver's are hyping this car up because they don't have to suffer driving the SP anymore.....LOL
This weekend should be very interesting.

Does anyone know where I can get the XXX-S BRP Wide front bumper ( #6226), the new XXX-S front body mount brace that comes with the XXX-S G+, Team Losi Certified 40wt shock oil, the new front and rear low roll center pivot blocks, Aluminum MIP CVD bones for the XXX-S and the XXX-S MIP CVD Coupling (1) all in one online store? My local hobby stores don't have the parts ( they're out). Thanks

We didn't lose any Losi driver's to the SD out here in Sac. The driver's came from Schumacher and Tamiya.

xxxkat-Our carpet track out here is pretty big so the SD might do okay on it.

at the time of posting, camber link is up and inside, shocks are on the number 3 position... from inside, oil is 30wt...

today, i tried moving the camber link to number 1 position, (lower inside), and the shock, to the number 2 position ( 2nd from inside)... still 30wt oil... its now a whole lot better, it added traction in the rear... i'm not sure if i'll add 1 degree of toe in to the stock 2degrees... thnx

Anyone making a locked front diff for the XXX-S? I think Dragon is. Do they have a website? Anyone know of anyone else?

Would it just be better to have a one way or have both? I'm running foams on asphalt so wonder if a locked diff would be better than a one way.

Choosing between a one-way and a spool really depends on the track layout and how fast the track is, I run with a pretty tight front diff, just shy of being a spool, and a pretty loose rear diff to get good off power steering and great on-power exit steering.

We should be getting in some of the new IRS parts for the XXX-S in the next couple of weeks. In case you didn't hear they have big aluminum dog bones, pin cushions, solid front axle, and aluminum outdrives.

Solid front axle? What do you mean? Do you have a picture or a description of it?
