i got a question, which Titanium-turnbuckles would be better? THe Lunsford ones or the Team associated FACTORY team ones for the lOSi. I like the AE ones cuz they blue, but i don't know if they are better then LUnsford ones. HEre's the link, on ebay,

I have the lunsford one's on all of my cars but that's not to say that the AE one's are crap. From the begining of my RC racing I always went with lunsford so that's what I stuck with. Never had any problems with them so I've kept the tradition going.

I to have allways used Lunsford,never had any problems with them.I dont think their is any problems with the Assoicated but I still like the look of the Lunsford and the problem with the blue scratching off on the Associated when you adjust them has kept me from paying for a set(if they come with the car.. cool,but I'm not paying for them).Hey STLNLST have you tried the contac paper yet?The new Losi Lexus IS300 looks good and it looks like it will work real good.

Any of you use a scale setup to balance your car? Is it best to use 4 scales to try to balance out the whole car or just 2 and do the front and rear separate?

To get the best results use 4 scales.
Have the car ready to run....no body.

Make sure the scales are on a FLAT & LEVEL (very important)surface

I have a xxx-s graphite, with a p2k2 and explorer2. The problem is that whenever I race with stick packs, they seem to fall out of the car on high speed corners. I have already tried to add some servo tape and foam tape on the bottom of the battery holder piece. I have also looked into the part that allows you to use screws instead of body clips to hold down the battery.
In my recent races I have had to resort to using strapping tape to strap in the battery so it would not fall out.

Do you guys have ANY ideas as of how hold down the battery wihtout using and replacing tape every heat of the race? It is becoming very annoying.

ANY help would be appreciated.

get a set of these, drill and countersink a hole just to the outside of the battery in the center, bolt them down..... this will keep your stick pack in.... I had to do it on my brothers XXX-S... works well and is cheap...........

The best way I found was to cut velcro to fit the contours of the battery hold down. Then put the other velcro on the batteries themselves of course lining up both pieces so they stick together get the good velcro, never had one come out that way.

i have the same setup, but my stick packs and side by side packs still dont fall out!

I dont quite understand how to use the associated serco mounts. And I doubt that the velcro would help enough. BTW this is a used car, so it could just be the wear and tear that makes the batteries fall out.
I may have to resort to rebuilding my stick packs because I have NEVER had a side by side fall out!
