I would use more droop. Maybe go to a 2 or 4 degree castor block and maybe some antidive and kickup. Heres my bumpy track setup:
Front
40wt
4 degree castor block
-1.0 camber
blue or green spring
stock pistons
#2 shock tower
#2 camber link
2f front kickup
3mm droop

Rear
40wt
-1.0 camber
silver spring
#4 rear antidive
stock pistons
#2 shock tower
#1 camber link
outside hole on arm
B hole on hub

Middle chassis length
Batteries forward
Take off 27-32 with atock insert.......this is a setup for stock and works well on a large bumpy track. If u want a quicker reaction for a smaller track got to #3 or #4 on the front shock tower

does a locked front diff have the same characteristics as a front one-way? im using the xxx-s in a large track with sweeping turns. i barely use brakes and i think a one-way might give me more steering and faster corner speed. but the one-way is a bit expensive and i was wondering if i can get the same advantage with a locked front diff. thanks for any info

Fire, that is correct. If you use the low roll center, you will have to shave down some of the chassis to get the front and rear arms to have the full range of motion for the suspension.

We should have one-ways back in stock by Monday.

NO! A locked front diff is a locked front diff. The purpose of a oneway is to have the wheels "freespin" while you're "off-power".

What winds and gearing do u guys run on parking-lot tracks, do u gear up or down from the manual? The tracks I run on are a similar size to the Hitec challenge track
Thanks

how long is the straightaway? is it technical ot not? every wind, turn motor is different for gearing, like a 10x2 p-94 and a 10x2 ti are geared much different, TI's ahve power lower in their power band, trinity mods have power higher up in the power band

We have different track layouts and venues every week, it's normally very technical and there are a couple of short straights. I run orion motors, between 11 and 12, single to triple.

11 triple - 12 single is a pretty big gap. try a 8.5 to 9.0 final drive.
