Default XXX-S roll bar

Hi,

So, does it increase traction or reduce traction ? or if I am totally missing something.

I noticed that all the setup in losi web site doesn't use roll bar.

It reduces traction at the end it is installed in.
At the front, less front grip, less steering and
at the back, less rear grip, more steering.
It depends on what is happening to your car, I had chronic oversteer so I put the front roll-bar in.

Default Traction vs. side bite!!!

I dont mean to nit pick, but Traction problems relate to an inability to put power down in an acceleration sense. Side bite , which is more affected by anti-roll bars has to do with keeping the tires planted in a corner.

I bring this up because with everyone talking set-ups-its important we use the right terminology. For example, we dont say spur when we say pinion. So I guess we shouldnt say traction when we mean side-bite.

sorry ray, I was using it in the sense of corner traction, which is about the same as side bite
