Go to your LHS and go into the airplane department. The smaller airplanes use 11.1 volt batteries. If you don't mind slow charging, there are some good and very inexpensive chargers out there. Hobbico makes one for like $40, but the max charge current is 1 amp. Since this is for your radio (low current draw) you don't need any of the fancy multi-C chargers.

Here is a charger at a great price $20.00

This would be the bottom dollar (DC only) charger that I know of. Only charges at one amp. You will probably have to change the connector. I'm not familiar with your tx. It would be best to pull the battery out to charge it. Read up on lipo care.
Hpoe this helps,
Michael

I always strongly suggest a Balance Charger. There's no better way to care for your lipos. I get mine from Hobby King. Despite the seemingly impossible good price, the charger IS worth it. I have one, and several of the guys I race with have them too.

do you want lipo dedicated charger? ac/dc or dc only?
checkout dynamite's new passport charger, it's available in dc only and ac/dc, price is reasonable too.

No, you want to balance charge the battery every time you charge it. The battery will live ALLOT longer that way. Charging without balancing, means that one or more cells can go low, or high, and substantially reduce their life span. It's worth the tiny bit of trouble to balance charge every time.
