Appart from the chassis having 4 slots infront of the motor, which the Warpspeed hasn't...
The same happened when the BMI came out, everyone ripped it for being a Warpspeed wanabe. Look where they are now. Give the guy some time to explain the advantages of his idea first.

i must say that the theory for adjustable rear toe is damn clever, who ever thought it up deserves a sizeable pat on the back and maybe a drink or two

For those of u that say it looks like a demon lets look at a few things....
1 the whole outline of the chassis is different...it is wider and more beefy for less flex...
2 none of the battery slots are in the same location as the demon
3 the demon has one battery location.. the freedom has 10 or more possible options..
4 the freedom has the posibility of infinite rear toe adjustment... the demon does not..
5 the servo ccan mount on either side of the chassis.. only one spot on the demon..
6 the freedom uses the nitro steering rack, but it can be mounted two different ways.. the demon has one location...
7 the motor mount is different..
8 all of the cutouts in the chassis are different...the motor mount cut out is larger, the cutouts under the tranny are different. the battery slots are wider...
9 the toplate is different...
10 the battery strap is not only different but it mounts in a different position...
11 the freedom comes with grafite tranny braces, and longer standoffs to mount them to the chassis... the demon does not...
12 the toplate mounting standoffs are different..they may look the same but how much can u change a round tube??
about the only thing i can see that is the same is the mounting holes for the parts... but as u know all tc3 conversions are like that for the sole purpose of being able to mount the parts to it...
there may be more things to mention but i think i have posted enough.... im not upset you are saying it is similar but if u break it down and actually look at it it is not...

Any concerns with Chasis twist/flex? Seems like aa step backwards. With the Yokomo SD SSG, there was some flex, so they went to a tub/graphite style and because it was so stiff, they elimanted the upper deck. I'm sure the tooling is cost prohibitive, but it seems you might run in to this fundamental flaw? Going from tub back to carbon sheets seems like the wrong direction?

I came up with the same idea for adjustable toe in using the front suspension components. I used a ball stud instead of a hex screw up on the chassis brace or diff half (don't remember exactly which hole I used). The reason I never ran it is this. As the suspension articulates, the toe in/out changes as the suspension compresses. It depends on the height of the ball, as far as if you shim it up or down as to what it does. I though that making the rear end have toe out when compressed would increase corner speed because the out side wheel would turn into the corner--like 4 wheel steering. However, toe out in the rear makes for a loose car, so when getting on power comming out of a turn, the toe out on both sides could get you into trouble. If you did the opposite and had toe in on compression, the outside wheels would be scrubbing tons of speed off, becasue it now has more toe in while cornering.
I think its a good idea, but would be very 'touchy' to get the height set exactly right so the toe in/out doesn't change. But it could be a HUGE tuning option...
