I thinkni can finally say i am VERY impressed with this system. This weekend, i ran my Cirtix Spec 17.5 in Stock Sedan(open esc) and started out Last in the A-Main and ended up 2nd with the same lap as the leader. it is definitely a capable esc and although it can not compete on the straight with the high timing.boosted esc's, it definitely can hang on it's own in any race condition.

This system ROCKS!!! Our local Carpet track is dominated by this system now, and my P-lot tracks are also catching wind on it. Speedtech was sold out of these esc's in half a day.

It seems, going cheap, fast, and EQUAL is the way to go. I think it is the "THEME" of the summer. I hope everyone else catches on...with it's super price, you can't go wrong.

Sure can hook you up Steve, next shipment will be here next week. Blake has got it in his new TC with a 2 year old 17.5R from Vegas and is in the high 7's with it. Some more practice and some setup tweaks and he will be close.

Yes....actually there are 3 speedo from SP can use on SCT.

(1) Club spec with SP V2 17.5 (depends on track rule, some use 13.5 class) - definitely better then the stock slash system, motor run cooler and you can gear to match the slash system OR pass the slash system. Again, depends on the track rule.

(2) Short Course Master....it is a advance system from the club spec, 10 options within and came with programming card. Combo with SP V2 13.5 17.5 or others....good for 4WD.

(3) Cirtix RR system - 4000kv. Faster and more powerfull then the stock Traxxas 3500kv system running in 3S. Running the RR system with 3S, you need a bigger track and lots of setup on the truck.

great. I know some guys here who are looking for a cheap speed control to use.

is there any special offers out there with the 13.5 motor? seen the 17.5 pricing of $70, but I think the guys would want a 13.5 for the mod class.

I need to get my combo out of the box and into the car to replace the brushed combo I was running in the Truspec class.

Thanks Charlie for helping to bring this great package to our attention and setting up classes to run it.

I agree with you.

The programing wouldn't finish on mine either, but if you turn it off, then back on it seems to work. The red and yellow lights flash, but seems to work fine, haven't driven on the track with it yet though.
