I know a guy who has a 10R5 and he uses a 1cell lipo. He would be very interested in the chassis battery layout of your conversion, as that would allow him to place his battery inline like all the other cars he races against. I would think that a lot of 10R5 owners might feel the same.

Troy, did you know that Associated is planning on re-releasing the 10R5 very soon? Sean Cochran of Associated announced it on a thread I read on this forum a week or so ago. I wonder if that would cause demand for your conversion? I know a guy who has a 10R5 and he uses a 1cell lipo. The only thing getting in the way of creating the new car is I got myself into Nitro 1/8th and Nitro Sedan and that has cured my speed fix.

I talked to Bob Stellflue at nats and he said the same thing. The problem was more that I have had only about 5 inquires since I made it. 50 inquires and I am cutting parts but It's a waste of time to make a handful. Honestly I would like to create a brand new T-plate 235 pan car with a wide pod and the ability to run CRC or AE front end. A friend of mine runs an old 10L and nothing can touch it. That thing out handles everything we have tried to do with the 235 CRC car.
