Questions?? Xray T3[Help?]

I've raced the Team Associated TC4 for 2+ Years then took a year off RC Racing. Since i've got back i noticed everyone Racing either the TC5R or the Xray T3. I Looked into it and it seems the Xray T3 is by far the best.

So My Question is what Kind of Electronics do you run in your Xray T3 (If You Have one)

There Are only to Major requirements at my track electronicaly wise are...

"1.7.2V 6 cell nimh/nicd battery 5300maH maximum or 2s (7.4v) ROAR approved Li-PO.
2.ROAR Spec 27Turn Stock Motor and 17.5 Brushless System."

I want to run a 17.5 Brushless and Lipo.
If you also have any Recomendations about the Servo, Or Set-Up it would be Greatly appericiated.

The best advice I can give you...

Pop down to your local track, see what other races recommend

You find the top drivers will give you big help in the way of setup springs etc be aware what works from them might not always work for you, I like a lot of steering in my car which might not be the case for someone else.

RE T3 setup: Start with kit setup honestly it work just about everywhere only small changes are needed after that.

LIPO comes to cost, I am a big thunderpower fan but other drivers at my local club like IP, SMC and Fantom.

End of the day get what is on the ROAR list and within your budget.

Servo's, personally I always spend a little more in this area as steering is a key eliment to racing..

KO or Futaba seem to be the most popular however there is a bigger choice if you ask around.

my personal choice is

Futaba S9551 or Futaba BLS551(brushless)
v-dezign // black diamond
