Default MM Pro + Novak 8.5

I'm going to pair a 8.5 Ballistic motor to a MM Pro ESC tonight but needed help on the wiring. The wires coming from the Castle ESC are red/white/black and from the Novak it is red/yellow/blue. Do I pair them by blue to black, yellow to white, red to red?

Thanks for the help.

If it's a sensored system you need to wire up the phases correctly A to A...B to B...C to C.This should be marked on the motor and esc.If it runs backwards you need to reverse it via the esc programming
If it's a sensorless system you can wire them up in any manner and if it runs backwards switch any two wires

hope this helps
