UPDATE: thursday practice

there are hella people here for sure. i can't really think of too
many people that aren't here.. all of team losi is looking really good, i think kinwald's fastest single lap (that i got) was a 12.98. chris tosilini (yokomo) got my vote for fastest lap (12.90) and most dialed car in round 2 of controlled practice. David Jun and Jimmy Jacobson both have their Tamiya's working really well. Barry Baker and Billy Easton running the TC3 are also look pretty fast, barry was doing 13.2's when i was timing him in the second round (I only got 4 or 5 laps tho). oh, Josh Cyrul who is also running the TC3 looked very good, didn't get a chance to do any times on him however.

stock i haven't really followed too closely. i think there are 2 or 3 people who’ve done 13.9's in stock which is damn quick, one being norrca stock national champion alex simental, and the other seattle/castle hobbies's own brett siscly (sp?).

tomorrow there will be 2 hours of open practice in the morning, followed by the first 2 rounds of qualifying. i'll try to do an update tomorrow night so check back soon.

Damn....wish I could have made it!!!! Broke a timing belt on my way there. Just sucks.

Of course, I should have known that since my mechanic just told me a week ago that it's time to replace it....

AE and Losi are fast as usual but nice to see at least one Yokomo and Tamiya in the top 12.

Dragon Slayer: You have to belive but it's not looking very likely at the moment. What on earth are they doing at BAR, 2.7 seconds of the pace. It's just unbelievable.
