Looking for belt sizes for 1:10 Electric TC's
Hi you all here at RcTech.
I have a situation that I need your help to solve regarding belt for my touring car.
I have front belt from Serpent that is 501 and a Xray that is 507 - but I need a 504!
What belt do I need???
I also have a Serpent rear belt that is 177 and a Xray that is 183 - but I could really use a 180!
What belt do and can I use???
I hope someone can be of assistence.
Perhaps even a belt size overview
Thanks in advance.

nicolai,
updated list:
your 60t rear should be pretty easy. the 168t front will be tough. you may want to get serpent to move the layshaft fore/aft ~ 1.5mm so that you can either go with 169/59 or 167/61. those are more common than having a unique 168t made. or if you can put two more teeth on the pulley loops, you can go with 169/61.
billy asked me about this two years ago ...

xray also has a 180mm or 60 tooth rear belt too - part # 305442. I too have been looking for a 504mm front belt.

Thanks for the link seaball.
How ever sad to see that no one uses a 168 belt, I might have to find a few belt teightning devices to fit my car in order to make use og the wished pullies.
Would I be so lucke that someone might even be able to help with a part number on the Tamiya, Xray and SChumacher 60T rear belts?
Thanks.
Yes it would be nice if Serpent would and could make theese changes for me - but I think that the result would be a changed motormount - and then I fear that the changes keep comming...
Thanks again
