I attempted to reply to the email I got from my online entry, but it bounced back multiple times.

My shirt size is XL.

DOES anyone know how I can contact Paul Wynn? We used to run together for Schumacher years ago, I just got back into competitive racing after 7 years away.... I figured this thread would be best suited to ask this question, since I remember from years ago the Cleveland Threads always had the most sponsored guys posting....

thanks,

Corey Bernardo

I think "tradition" went out the window when you made the decision to run in the wrong direction... You may gain some entries by bringing in the oval CJ's but you will lose entries from many of the people who have put this race on the map for the last 20 years...

That said, I wish you the best of luck Ian

I didn't like the idea of running the opposite way either. Then I went to the Halloween Classic, where they ran the opposite way. After about 1 practice run, I realized the direction you run makes ZERO difference...Its all the same

I've never understood the whole blind allegiance to running clockwise. Abu Dhabi, Korea, Singapore, and one of my favorite tracks, Interlagos, are all "anti-clockwise" circuits. And they all offer great racing. The Classic layout was awesome, and it was barely noticeable that you were going in the other direction.

If Carpet racers are to survive the current economic climate, we need to unify to make our events stronger and still viable economically. Plus, I've been to a combined Oval/Road event and it was a damn good show.
