Hi Guys,
ive a question.
I now own a FF-03 Chassis.
I dont have any experience with FWD Cars.
Now i want to know how i can adjust the ride high?
With the pushrods or the dampers?
Or a combination of both?
Thanks

I have 1 question for the FF03 community:
I´m looking for these aluminum shaft/posts that are used in YeahRacing FF03 Graphite conversion, so I can complete my XV01 Carbon Fiber Chassis project, but I cant find them anywhere.
http://www.rcmart.com/yeah-racing-ff...h=595_744_1471
14mm Side Plate Shaft (8 pcs)
14.5mm Center Support Shaft (2 pcs)
16.5mm Steering Shaft (2 pcs)
18.5mm Front Side Shaft (2 pcs)
Does anyone knows where I can buy those without having to purchase this entire $99 bucks package?
Thanks

What's the best solution for gearing. Using a silver can so I think it needs to be taller than stock. Have 2 XV01s in my racing group that will need to do the same. Can you buy a bulk bag of all different spurs and pinions?

Hi guys, I'm a little bit rusty on racing FF's so i just need a bit of info to get up to speed...
-On carpet, what's the best Tamiya FF body to use? I heard somewhere that it was a toss-up between the VW Scirocco, Honda EG6 Civic, and Honda CR-Z with the Tamiya option racing rear wing.
-when running these newer FF-03 cars (i've only driven FF-01 and FF-02's previously but it was a very long time ago...), do they behave like the old FF cars?
Thanks in advance...

Almost any body will work well on good grip carpet even without a option wing.I run Scirocco with kit wing in TQRC and the result is pretty good.
In Tamiya America, I tend to have over steer and over sensitivity with high speed sweeper at end of straight with Scirocco when the grip is average. On race day when traction is high the issue is not as severe but none the less still persist. Usual practice at Tamiya America for me is to only sauce rear tires. Tom's Exiv seems to be the most popular in medium to low traction. I think in general a sedan shaped body is the way to go when traction is not very high.
If you do not wish to run TCS FF class and uses option wings on your body, then I think any body will make the car handle well. One guy used to race FF03 in GT3 with a CR-Z body and option wing. He can keep up with 4wd cars just fine.
