The weight thing actually works, but not just a little weight, a bunch, which = SLOW

I don't know of a wing for the Civic.

The one on the Corolla looks like it would work but I'm sure would be a pain to try to get one.

The HPI Focus worked pretty well, better than the Civic by far but nowhere near the Porsche.
Wing is key.

The rules state you can't mix and match ABS wings, so I wonder if there's exceptions seeing as that the Civic doesn't come with one. The Accord one looked like a Transformers car with the wing sitting on top. The only thing I could think of is an M05 wing, bolted through the back window?
The Focus is a night and day difference, and seeing as that we have similar setups its even more evident. The wing, and overall body means you can really throw it in the turns haha. It holds from entry to exit which is a big change of pace from the Civic.

I do have a Suzuki mini wing bolted to the Civic, kinda changed the mount a little but about the same.
It's pretty small so I bolted a lexan wickerbill to the top.
Not sure if it will be legal or even work but it sure can't be worse!

I'll only scratch it up a little.
Hi Cuda, the only bodies I have for front wheel are my Porsche and the Suzuki. I plan on running the Porsche and the Suzuki is still pristine (for the most part) I would let you borrow the Porsche had I been able to paint a subaru last weekend but none of the local hobby shops have any decent colors so it's the P-Car this weekend and save the Suzuki.

Too bad the Lancia didn't handle well enough to justify keeping. Somebody got a smoking deal on it though

*edit* actually I have a couple semi-beater 360/430 bodies you can use, if you can figure out how to mount it.

Thanks Rod, thought you mite have a Tamiya beater for rent. Wouldn't even consider something clean, especially your Porsche. Uh oh, how'd that SX4 get that one scratch? sorry

I'm guessin the one that got sold handled like a Civic.

Actually, come to think of it, the Civic isn't too terrible at Tamiya, it was elsewhere that it blew chunks.

It seems a new front drive body from Tamiya is just around the corner.

1/10RC Honda CIVIC TYPE-R R3 J.A.S. MOTORSPORT(FF-03 CHASSIS)(58476)

This should be shown at the Japan Hobby Show in around 10 days time.

Volvo 850, Renault Clio and Honda Accord 96 all have arrived to store today. The Renault didn't come with any racing decals, kind of disappointing. On the other hand, the Volvo is just like the original body set.
