So essentially any 'legal' body for an FF03 is allowed to use these optional wings correct? Is this what most are doing? I have seen some kit ABS wings that are awfully small and would like to run a different wing for some more rear down force.
This is legal practice.. TAMIYA Option wing set is 'legal'

Ha, you could always order on our site and select "will call" to take it out of our inventory and into the special P-lo bag.

Just building a second FF03 and here is some interesting information for the techno geeks out there.

I have just started building the gearbox and have gone with aftermarket parts from 3 Racing and Yeah Racing. By adding the following items:

3 racing Top shaft and centre shaft
Yeah racing plastic gears (all 3)
3 Racing alloy outdrives (actually added 3.2g

A weight saving of 5.5g in rotational mass in the gearbox was achieved. Yes it doesbn't sound much but it is rotating mass. Obviously you could save more by staying with the plastic outdrives.

Same as the original ... Larger balls would most likely have a problem in such a small diff gear.. Hard to fit the 12 balls in with enough plastic between the balls
