Already emailed my preorder for 3 cars to rc-champ.

I still race my FF01 at our track from time to time, love it. Last time the Manta Ray diff broke on me, time to change it to TA03 i think.
Use Yeah Racing universals with TA02 alu uprights also from yeah racing upfront to fit 1150 bearings in it. Using the Toyota Exiv body on it.....

Sorry to disappoint you Niznai but it doesn't look like we're getting a type R from tamiya yet

This is a very poor move for Tamiya. The type-R is one of the most beautiful cars on the market right now and a truly Japanese design in the spirit of all their transformers, robots and all that jazz their anime and cartoons/popular culture are full of. I sure hope Tamiya will come with a Type-R body in the future.

Carn't wait for this FF03 to come out, my first ever touring car was the FF01 civic when it first came out many moons ago. A mate and myself will have one and his lad an old FF01 and plan to try and get a FWD class going at our local club.

Let's hope Tamiya get the licences to make most WTCC and other Super 2000 cars out there.

The one body they really need to make though is this!

I'm assuming/hoping they will release some of those bods again mainly the toyota and accord. Maybe in the future depending on how well the FF03 sales they'll start producing newer bodies. I personally can't wait in all honestly I still want another FF01 just for kicks

Looking forward to this, I kinda have been wanting to take my old FF01 and race it but I'm worried about not being able to get parts if I wreck it. So I might pick one of these up.

The reason I advocate the Civic Type-R is that it is a unique design that really stands out in today's market of appliance boxes on the road. Being Japanese it just makes it even more important for a japanese company, I would imagine.

The other big miss Tamiya has in its lineup is the Peugeot 205 GTI which is such a cult classic, you just can't afford to dismiss it. That was a huge mistake and I think they should kick themselves over it. Tamiya would have made a lot of money with that bodyshell. A lot of other companies made it but they didn't respect the proportions of the real car and their efforts are just forgetable, unfortunately.

I'm hoping for re-release of the VR6 or MKIV GTI. Some other cars that would have been great to see on this chassis is the Seat Leon WTCC.
