There are just 20 of them signed by Hara on the inside. When he visited the US office before the IIC, he opened them up and signed them. They are shipped out randomly . So some of you guys will get a cool surprise!!!!

Somehow I think If I signed 20 boxes... people wouldn't get as excited

Smile cyclone TC ALUMINIUM bearing holder not good for TCX

Hello everyone.
I mounted the aluminum bearing holder for Cyclone tc on front and rear bulk heads pulleys.
I discovered that not good for the tcx, the belts are stretched to the maximum in short position!
You have also seen this problem?

The plastic part has the bearing holes further off center, so it has a greater range of adjustment than the alu part. So the belts can be looser or tighter

Got mine last Saturday, finished building it. Only niggle is that the rollbar holder is tight when using the 1.4 bar, ended up putting some .1mm shims behnid the holder to space it slightly. Asside from that very chuffed.

First run will be Friday night at the club

hey john

the roll bar mount just needs deepening slightly with a hobby knife or something, to make it flush, it doesnt require much.

I used the Dremel with a drill as 1.4.

I noticed the same thing, so I went back to the plastic holders. After a few race weekends, the belt has stretched a bit, so I could probably flip back to the aluminum holders...

How is the TCX with the 1.5mm set up it like the Cyclone and TC always used? I always have found the hotbodies cars to be "twitchy"/ "nervous". I am looking to get a new touring car and like the looks of the TCX but nervous about spending 400+ without some user reviews.
