First outing with my TCX, I feel that the car is well balanced and have tons of traction. With the std setup, you can push the car very hard but i find it lack bit of on power steering. What droop are you guys running at?

It was my first outing also today and i also noticed that it lacked on power steering. It did get a bit better over the day but still not there yet.

Other than that it felt very good out of the box.

I assume they have the same spring rates as the gold/silver springs from the Cyclone?
The new silvers are stiffer than the old silvers.

Hey I dont have one of these but I saw Andy Moores TCX set up and he ran short front wheelbase and 5mm spacers on ackermann. Im sure this will add on power steering.

Measure them and have a look. when I checked mine, they sit between pink and old silvers. On my 416x I ran the new silvers upfront and the old silvers on the rear.

The gold and silver by using the black for many months already on TC and are perfectly equal.
Silver is 14x 25x 1.5 mm 6.5 coils equal to the silver black, also have the usual code of parts 6543.
Gold is 14 x 25 x 1.5mm 6 coils equal to the black gold cod.6544.

hi, I am quite confused with the droop measurement, in the manual, the recommended tools for measuring droop are the HB droop measurement tool and block, but I have hudy tools, so how do I measure droop using the hudy set-up tools? thanks a million.
