Would bodies cut for Cyclone TC fit the TCX? Meaning do the body posts positions remain exactly the same?

Still nothing 100% official.

Price "would/should" be about the same as the TC.
I heard the release date could be around july/mid year, but still, nothing's official here. Patience...

Little info about Hara's car (see pictures previously poster), the front knuckles and rear hubs are from the Tamiya 416, so the TCX will carry over the TC ones.

Also, the TCX will actually come with the double direction arms (Tamiya type) out of the box. But still, the single servo saver arm will be 100% compatible.

Cheers

so if im following this correctly.
they designed a new lower bulkhead setup, chassis plate, upper deck, and motor mounts???

sounds like alot of the original TC carries over.... thats good for us TC owners!! sounds like a simple conversion once its all out

Yep, that's the main idea...
It's more and more difficult to improve touring chassis these days, and due to market situation, manufacturers also have to think about previous version owners to minimize cost (both for themselves and customers as well), but it's another story.
Happy TC owners, the TCX is an interesting investment actually.

Default "Ask Hara...!"

Along this TCX thread, I have the opportunity to see Atsushi Hara quite often so if you have any question to ask him, please let me know.

Cheers
