Hello Bob33, I use the spec-R C.V. universal swing shaft V2 46mm, with the original HB spool, very strong and work very well, zero chattering.
Here's also a setup that I use for 13.5 Boost, it works for me very well.
In my second TCX for tests, use the arms Pro4/Cyclone item # 73506, are more resistant, but with these the general behavior of the car is slightly less rapid

thanks for the reply both of you
. out doors are the std tcx wishbones weak then or will they be fine? when i had a wce and tc back in the day i cant remeber ever braking a front arm indoors either.so if there the same as them i should be fine.
wil give the set up ago and work from there. as the track i race on is pretty low traction so need a good rear!
is there any thing els the tcx will benifit from while im ordering some bits?
and is threr a flexy top deck/chassis made for this?

With standard chassis I prefer standard top deck, with Smokem chassis I prefer Spec-R V2 top deck, which is slightly more rigid.

Agno would that set up be any good for low/medium tight outdoors? And on the set up sheets what's the wheel hub spacer? Sorry for all the questions.

At front use 4mm hub and 0,5 mm spacer item #7244 http://www.hpieurope.com/piw.php?lang=en&partNo=72044
The Exotek chassis is very interesting ... in the future will prove it
Now I'm using the original HB narrow chassis

I had similar problem with indoor wood track because the wheel axle plant in the wood and stop the car...
I have no picture of that modification on my TCX, but I've done the same on my Awesomatix...

Did you try to cut the end of the wheel axle? Just to ensure they don't overstep the bolt?
