Edit... I thought you meant the steering blocks and knuckles. The wider suspension blocks make the front end have a higher roll stiffness. Usually wider suspension blocks give you more initial turn in, and a little less steering through the middle and exit of the corner.
If it gives more steering throw, what will happen if the rear is replaced with the 1 block?

It's not actual steering throw. As long as you re-setup your radio, it should be the same. I'm talking about an actual driving characteristic.

As for the rear of the car, I honestly have not tested this for a VERY long time (like when I ran a Tamiya Evo 3 days). The roll stiffness would be slightly higher, so I'd assume the car might feel a little more planted in quick transitions, but through the middle of the corner it might have less grip.

But, it's something you'll just have to try for yourself. Let us know what you find! Hiro might be able to pop in and give some insight as well. I'm sure he's tested it at some point.

Default Parts needed

Hi

have been away from racing since spring this year , had just bought a TCX at that time , but can understand that there have been some new parts. Can anyone help me with a "need" list , so I can get my TCX up to date and fully race ready

thanks in advance

^^^^ +1

Just new to this chassis and class really. Driven lots of other classes on/off road. In addition to whats suggested for performance upgrades what is suggested for durability upgrades. I am having breakage issues with the front end mainly stock alluminum axles and knuckles.

Ronald looks bummed in that pic.

What transponder is in Andy's car? It looks bigger than a regular MRT.

They are 44mm long, I tried, but I prefer the 46mm steel CVD, offer better and more consistent traction.
The steel CVD combined with the new solid long axle cup POM (#68770) and the universal axle pin cover (#68759) , have a very smooth movement and chattering non-existen.

Hey guys, Quick question.

Does the TCX and Cyclone share shock springs? And what is everyone using atm? Amain doesn't list any springs under the TCX page.

Thanks in advance. Much appreciated.
