If that makes sense.

Im running mod so obviously the car is going at good speeds when this is occurring, and its not really slowing the car down at all, it just makes it a little annoying to drive consistantly for 5 minutes. And before anyone says is it bumpy in those parts of the track, no its not. ive tried droop and all but nothing seems to work. One lap today my car even lifted the inside 2 wheels off the ground without even hitting anything, and its not a traction roll issue as this is outdoor asphalt that is untreated.

Any help appreciated, btw Any Moore's car did this a TITC a bit also, but my car is taking it to another level

Cheers,

Antoni

Unless the info I have on belt pitch is wrong -- the TC5/TC6 rear 64t belt shouldn't fit.

I had the same issue with my car and I found the end of the aluminum drive shaft at the knuckle joint stretch out and start jamming up the joint as it rotates. Check to see if the finish is wearing off the drive shaft end, if so that is almost certainly your hopping. If the joint stretches out enough it will even jump going straight due to the joint is always at a slight angle and binding.....

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, managed to fix it today by going back to my other modified spool with Yok spool cups and tamiya driveshafts The pin had worn out on the other spool too much and was cause the car to behave erratically. Now to just get my Roche spool next week It will be available soon! I dont have any info atm guys, besides the picture I posted a few pages back now. I will ask Max for an update asap.

Im really happy with my car at the moment, I dont think i can get it any better on our asphalt track at the moment! And the best thing is, the car is super fast whether it be on old or new tyres, Last meeting i was .3 off track record on 6 run old tyres! No way i could do this with my previous car There is just one thing annoying me at the moment, I cant seem to break into the 14 second lap times lol. I did 8 15.0 laps in a run today, but nooooo, not a 14. I think Alycat hates me If anyone needs help with setup shoot me a pm and ill be glad to help.

Cheers,

Antoni

Hi guys.
I have a great problem with my TCX, the front drive shaft broken all time, I'm looking for a steel drive shaft HPI88914, but all the store are out of stock, Is there other option? I read about tamiya drive shaft with yokomo blades, that parts fits on TCX? Anyone knows a part number?
Thanks

Perhaps you should look back a few pages, a lot of info has been provided regarding this issue.
