Congrats by the way!!
the bd5 ones, 40tooth, you will need a top photon front belt and a 195 rear belt (i have a serpent one), the hb bones will work if you use the hb blades from the metal diff outdrive, you just have to shave the ball down slightly to fit in the diff doutdrives.

Well, straight from the XRay setup book, increasing caster will do the following:

Increases straight-line stability.
Decreases steering at corner entry.
Increases steering at mid-corner and corner exit.

However, I think you would only use the 6deg caster blocks when you start mucking with anti-dive, since by changing the angle of the front arms (downward) you'll be reducing the amount of caster. Using the 6deg caster blocks in this case would offset this reduction, moving you back towards the default 4deg.

I'm sure Alex and Jerry can agree as well.
Santos: you sure are right. Mike is an ambassador to RC. He sure has me thinking about making the switch from TOP to HB.

Hey Mike,

I was wondering what turnbuckle joints and ball joints you are using on your car, do you find they are a tighter fit over the HB ones and take some of the slop out?

Didn't he also podium at IIC right behind Hara? I say three huge outcomes, not two.

Budget wise, it's cheaper to have Haynes represent HB/HPI in the America's than flying in Hara, Moore and Tessman. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe with all the money they would save they could make some spare parts for the rest of us to keep our cars running. Just a thought....
