Default Advice please - New to RC car scene.

So basically, im looking for a RC car...
cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260576684855&_trksid=p 2761.l1259
i have found this, and talked to the seller, and he said he'd happily sell for £100 through paypal.
however, i dont know my stuff about RC cars...
So is this a good deal?
i understand i need to buy a Battery charger, and im planning on purchasing some drift wheels to, what are your thoughts on this, thanks, Craig.

is your goal for a race setup or a drift setup? Also do want a stick type remote or a wheel type remote?

i dont know much about tamiya cars really. but i normally look at parts availability before i get a kit. so try to get a kit that you can get parts easily for. also check out rcdriftclub.com they have alot of opinions on cars and chassis and they know they stuff. ive used a sprint 2 drift for the last yr and loved it. but i need to replace the chassis on it so i switched over to a cyclone s are there more beginner friendly in drifting
