I brought one for my daughter as a first RC.
Nice car for a beginner and can be hopped up easily.

The only thing I would recommend is turnbuckles, as the fixed links in the kit give some strange camber angles. Also check all the screws and nuts to make sure they are all tight. I have heard of some screws coming loose on some kits.

I am even tempted to buy on myself and hop it up to see how far you can take it...................

Yorkie - Are you emotionally prepared for the time your daughter outqualifies you then?

Check out the HPI Europe forum for some chat on the sprint hop-ups - seems like the Hot Bodies one's are a bit dodgy, because they don't come with any mounting hardware and aren't what you might expect.

Hey sosidge,

My aim is to put her in your heat and take all you fast boys out. It'll be worth extra pocket money!!!

I've seen the HB stuff but I think HPI will be bringing out a few of their own hop ups. IMO, it may take a while but it will be good quality.

I tried the sprint on the road and I must say it's quick. How it will be on our track I don't know?

Look forward to the carnage in a couple of weeks. Don't say I have not warned you all.

Well one guy has run the sprint in there, although he's pretty new to the game, the sprint looks pretty stable with the out of the box settings, which must be a good thing.
