Hi everyone,

Well we are 1 week away from the annual pilgrimage to the Strip. I want to thank everyone for the kind words you have posted here and I know how much the IIC means to so many of you. We will go out with a Bang this year and rock the Riviera.

Dont forget the IIC Poker tournament on Sunday at 5pm at the Riviera Poker room.

I hope everyone has a safe trip and is ready for some fun in Vegas.

See you soon
Scotty

Scotty,

Please repost the schedule of events. I saw it earlier somewhere; but, cannot find it at the moment. Definitely not on the IIC website. Thanks. Bill

Scotty,

For WGT, will the only approved handout Jaco wheels/tires be the yellow-banded ones that I assume will be available at the track?

Will the same spec WGT tire (yellow-banded) from the Paved Nats be allowed for racing?

Will the old spec WGT tires from last year's IIC be approved? They are faster (on asphalt); so, I would think not.

FYI...I don't want to transport any tires to the IIC that are not worth bringing.

Thanks.

In the years past you had to Buy your Race Tires from Scotty

I am sure that the IIC would welcome another racer. Besides, they have not put the entry list together yet...LOL

Six years ago, I was a total rookie in r/c.

Still came to the first year of the IIC at the Stardust to learn...and have a great time.

Have been to every one after as a driver. You cannot lose by attending this event as a spectator or racer.

Sign up. The only way you can lose is not try to sign up.

I could be wrong, but I don't think they will be turning anyone away this year.

I got an unwritten rules question -- are we allowed to bring two cars of the same classification (i.e. two rubber super stock cars) thru tech inspection with the goal of performing a lap with each to decide which one we want to qualify or race with?
