I'm curious to hear how you guys are running with our one way brace plate? is it keeping you gears in tact as well as it has been for us?

Also, if anyone needs additional screws for the brace, please let me know!

Thank you!
Ben

Ben.....I ran mine for the first time a week ago in Mod and had a head on carsh at about 35 to 40mph and all I did was strip the spur gear. Not even a mark on the gear on the 1 way....the brace works

I hope to get some more track time this weekend on the HTS chassis....it worked great last time out on rubber tires on asphalt.

The Brace Works really Good...I have done some testing with the New HPI one yesterday and Yours seems to brace the Back of the Gear more were the HPI one is a bit Smaller...and with the HPI one I have Striped 2 gears ( 10 packs ...D6 7T single ) and with your gear brace 30 packs and not one problen...( well maybe one small one the 19T bevel gear is the weak link now )

I've been putting a lot of thought into a new tower set. I've had numerous ideas and drawings and will be completing them this week.

I'm looking to get a prototype set ready for testing within 10-12 days.

Thanks!

Cool, glad to hear your gears are making it! Yeah, I've bent a dogbone too- I wonder if MIP will come out with a thicker aluminum bone, kind of like the thick XXXS bones??? That would be nice.

Even though it's not purple...the IRS big dog bone will fit..and any of the TC3 bones or 50mm will fit...
