If you want good inexpensive batteries look into either Pro-Match racing (www.promatchracing.com) or Zx Racing (www.zxracing.com).

you'll need to look around, but you'll find what you are looking for. If you want to cut down on shipping cost you should look at buying the batterys with other people. maybe TRF_SteVe.

Cheers

yes, i believe thats an option paul_G your are quite onto this as an idea, I believe that TRF_steve would be buying fukayama packs as well?? However I have found quite cheap packs with battery bars included at promatch $30US a pack so $40AUD plus however much shipping is the cells are 1.165-1.169v what r yours??

Speedtechrc are having a special this month that you might want to look at.

You know I'll help you but you have to watch where you ask.

I'm using Fukayama packs, and SMC gold battery bars. My pack are great and on friday night I got 7 - 8 minutes runtime with the D-5 10 single and full race pace. The bars you buy in bulk from towerhobbies and the batterys are on sale at speedtechrc. As for support the fukayama thread is great and they will help you with any questions you might have.

Cheers

Nahhh in stock my ZX 1.159v cells can keep up with 1.17v cells. SMC and ZX are the way to go imo.

Steve at SpeedtechRC is having a special right now on our cells. As for support, like was said earlier, come see our thread and ask anything you want. We're happy to help. Even if you have questions about cells you got somewhere else.
