Heatsinks/ Fans

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has a figure on how much a high power heatsink and fan such as the LRP Unit or the speed passion unit reduces motor temperatures. I have spoken to a few races and they say they can lower temps by 15-20C?

I know a few racers who use the new LPR heatsink/fan and they all say its good for about 20degC. So what you've hear sounds right.
