I got one of these from a fellow RCTECH member, out of curiosity, an LV V2. What a remarkable piece of equipment.
I found my Graupner motors work even better with the BD than they do with the GM they are made for. They have a lot natural torque and power. Its faster, much more controllable, and runs cooler without fade with taller ratios than with my GM.
I understand from this thread that this software is outdated and I'm rather late to the party so to speak, so I'm curious to see what the improvements will be. If it means more power at the expense of feel I'll stick with this outdated ESC for a bit because I can't fault it at least for my use in 2S TC 13.5.

I am lucky enough to have had "a little go" of the new software unit that is being tested in the UK.
It was with a 13.5 corally red motor and all I can say it it's lost none of the trademark punch and smoothness but gained a whole bunch of top end!
I don't know when it'll be available but all I can say is the sooner the better as far as I'm concerned! I don't feel I lack much in pace with the existing setup but this will take away any doubts in the top end

Missed the Boat
Having been a big fan of the BD for the last 12 months having owned 3 of these, ive lost faith and confidence in the BD brand.New software was on the cards last December and we are still waiting. It cost me $40 to have one updated with blinky mode didnt bother with the rest.
I have now sold my 3 escs and feel very let down with all the delays and disappointments.
